Last week, research from Deloitte put China at the forefront in the race for 5G leadership. We asked Telecoms.com readers in a snap poll who they thought was winning the 5G race.

Deloitte's analysis was based on China's progress in network densification across the country, rapidly deploying new sites everywhere. Their future investment plans also factored in. It seems Telecoms.com readers agree with Deloitte's assessment, according to the poll results.

We suspect those who selected the 'someone else' option had a European country in mind, though with only 6% choosing this, things are not looking promising for Europe in the 5G race.
